- Revise the anatomy of paranasal sinuses and anterior skull base
- Practise endoscopic & open approaches to paranasal sinuses including Draf (1-3), osteoplastic flap and frontal sinus obliteration
- Learn management of sinus surgery complications e.g. orbital haematoma, CSF leak and epistaxis
- Practise a number of internal nasal pedicled flaps
- Practise extended approaches to the pterygopalatine fossa, infratemporal fossa, sella and clivus

This course has been designed with maximum hands on operating time, so that every delegate will be able to perform every procedure under direct supervision in a unique intensive series of practical surgical cadaveric workshops. In addition faculty will provide didactic lectures, open forum and case based discussions.

This is a one day course designed to provide a competency based approach to anatomical temporal bone dissection. Teaching is through cadaver dissection and you will have hands on practical dissection on a fresh frozen temporal bone.

The FESS Course has been designed with maximum hands-on dissection time, individual delegates will perform each procedure under direct supervision in a unique intensive series of practical surgical cadaveric workshops. Specialist faculty will provide short didactic lectures, open forum and case based discussions. All held in a relaxed, interactive way!
