Robotic Oesophago-Gastric Cancer Masterclass

Robotic Surgical Skills Course

Course objectives

This course is aimed at theatre staff and surgical trainees who would like to gain or increase their understanding and knowledge of Robotic Assisted Surgery. The objectives of the course include an in-service introduction to the system, understanding the steps to dock and undock, emergency docking, port placement and insertion, and procedures such as port closure, stapled anastomosis, and skin closure.
